Financial Literacy Training

In partnership with CARE Nepal, the Samagra Lahan conducted a three-day financial literacy training for 25 entrepreneurial adolescent girls under the Girls' Education and Empowerment (UDAAN) project. The training was held from Falgun 24 to 26, 2081, at the Primary Health Center in Bhagwanpur. Mr. Niranjan Kumar Mandal from Jeevan Vikas Microfinance Institution facilitated the training for the adolecent girls. The Samagra has provided seed capital support for small businesses by giving skill-based training to the girls. The girls have started businesses with the seed capital. The three-day financial literacy training was conducted to help the entrepreneurial girls manage their businesses in an organized manner.
